ASHP is looking for projects that demonstrate the impact of optimizing health information technology and digital transformation to enhance the safe and effective use of medicines.
The ASHP Foundation is accepting applications for the Optimizing Technology Solutions Innovation Grant and the Pharmacy Leadership Academy®.
Created in partnership with the ASHP Innovation Center and supported by a generous donation from Omnicell to the ASHP Foundation, the Optimizing Technology Solutions Innovation Grant supports projects that demonstrate the impact of optimizing health information technology and digital transformation to enhance the safe and effective use of medications. The deadline to apply for this grant is Jan. 5, 2023.
The Pharmacy Leadership Academy (PLA), supported in part by an educational grant from Apexus, is an online integrated program taught by a stellar faculty. All seven courses include challenging readings and activities that can be used to affect change in the participant's organization. Several affiliated colleges and universities also allow graduates to waive a certain number of credit hours towards a master's degree. PLA graduates are eligible to use the designation of Diplomate, Pharmacy Leadership Academy (DPLA), and belong to a global network of pharmacy leaders.
